- Prepare your files with the following MAC Software:
- MAC Adobe Illustrator
- MAC Adobe Photoshop
- MAC Macromedia Freehand
- MAC Quark (The client or client-agency MUST include ALL supporting files and fonts)
- Supply your files in the following MAC Media
- 3.5 floppy
- CD Rom or DVD
- Syquest (Call us)
- Zip
- Jaz 1 GB
- Make sure your artwork will scale accurately to what the final graphic panel size will be, as indicated on your ExhibitCraft, Inc. quotation. There's no need to create your artwork full size.
- It is critical to provide files with correct resolution, which is measured in DPI (dots per inch.)
- Files must be provided at 75 DPI measured at final graphic size
- File size for detachable graphics usually ranges from 40 Megabytes to 80 Megabytes.
- File size for murals can be as high as 300 Megabytes.
- Make sure the files are correctly copied to the media.
- Provide a black-and-white hard copy of each file, each PRINTED FROM YOUR SUPPLIED MEDIA (NOT your hard drive.)
- Provide a printout listing files that you copied to the media
- Proofread filename printout list to ensure all items are present (including fonts.)
- If your Advertising Agency is providing the artwork, you MUST advise them of ALL our requirements. This is Your responsibility.
- Any file not provided correctly, would incur retouching and/or scanning charges.
- Unless otherwise indicated, scanning and/or retouching is not included in our pricing
