Six to twelve months before show date the planning process should begin with a number of activities occurring each month after plan launch. ExhibitCraft offers clients the luxury of assigning all the tasks in the following lists to us - or you may take care of some, or all the details yourself. It's always up to you.
Three phases of show production include Pre-show, On-site, and Post-show.
PHASE 1:
Pre-show:
Pre-show procedures usually commence about one year before the scheduled show date.
6-12 months before the show:

Submit all Show Services Forms to show producer and general contractor.
